Submit the original purchase invoice
Can be return within 14 days from the date of purchase if the item is in its original condition
the report is up to the product agent.
The goods must be in their original condition
The refund method is the same as the payment method
The customer can recover the value he actually paid as recorded and specified in the sales invoice
The customer has the right to exchange the item for another with the same value shown on the invoice
